Description

Life in a new country is a big adjustment, but having people to explain how everyday things work can really help! This is why we provide our clients with cultural orientation.

We are seeking folks who would like to deliver lessons on these topics as they are comfortable. These one-hour sessions go over various topics designed to help our clients acclimate to life in the United States. Some common topics include:

  • financial literacy
  • hygiene
  • the role of the resettlement agency
  • U.S. laws and holidays
  • transportation

               ...just to name a few!

These sessions are usually over Zoom. Interpretation will be provided. You do not need to be an expert, just have a little life experience!

If you are interested, please hit the Respond button and we will reach out to you with more details!
